Honeybush, so named in recognition of its honey-scented flowers and the subtle overtones of honey in the fragrance and flavour of the tea derived from it, is a fynbos species occurring in the wild in the Cape Floral Kingdom, recognised as a unique world heritage area.
Sceletium is a succulent occurring naturally in the Karoo and Namaqualand, South Africa that has been used for centuries by the Khoisan and is known for its calming and mood-elevating properties.

How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 3 - 7 minutes.
For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill.
Can be served with or without sugar and milk. Tastes great served with lemon and honey
