How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 3 - 7 minutes.
For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill
Can be served with or without sugar and milk, hot or ice cold.

I am usually pretty picky when it comes to my tea, but a friend made this for me and I was pleasantly surprised. It was also made differently to what I prefer, but regardless I drank it all eagerly. It was finished far too soon, in my opinion. This is a tea I would definitely invest in – it tastes like a treat from my cheat day, yet is far healthier so it is definitely a win-win!!
