How to Prepare:
Amount: 2-3 level teaspoons / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time: 5-8 minutes.

Note: The longer it steeps the stronger the cup of tea. Brew for as long as possible.

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill.
