How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 level teaspoon / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 3-5 minutes.

Note: The longer it steeps the stronger the cup of tea. Brew for as long as possible. Optimal after 5min but can be brewed longer for a stronger citrus flavour.

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill.
