A traditional Turkish Apple blend with a slight local South African twist. It’s sweet, fruity and very moreish. Because it is fruit based it requires a little bit more tea than traditional teas.

How to Prepare:
Amount: 2 tablespoons / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time: 8+ minutes.

Note: The longer it steeps the stronger the cup of tea. Brew for as long as possible.

Blending Guide: Blends well with No. 7 & 11 in the Enmasse range

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill.
