How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 level teaspoon (3g) / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 3-5 minutes.
Note: The longer it steeps the stronger the cup of tea
Brew for as long as possible
Blending Guide: Blends well with No. 07 and 11 in the Enmasse range
For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill.
