Gently steamed Ceylon Green tea with a mildly astringent taste, characteristic of the finest green tea. The pale yellow infusion is tinged with olive highlights. A pleasant, delicate tea with a lightly sweet finish.

Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 0.5 - 2 minutes.

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time and pour over ice cubes to chill.

Can be served with or without sugar and milk, hot or ice cold
