Carmién Zesty Lemon is a smooth tasting, very refreshing rooibos and fruit blend with spearmint and lemon flavors. Delicious hot or cold but especially good as an iced tea.

How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 60C
Steep time: 5-10 minutes

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer), and pour over ice cubes to chill

To ensure fully benefitting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar, or honey should be added. Best to enjoy at 65°C
