Carmien Soothe is a blend of the finest green rooibos, fennel, aniseed and turmeric. Made from unfermented leaves, the higher level of antioxidants help to combat free radicals in the body.

Both fennel and aniseed have antiseptic properties, may relieve colic and stimulate lactation in mothers. Turmeric is Anti- Inflammatory, used to treat Arthritis, a natural blood thinner and regulates blood sugar levels

How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 3 - 5 minutes.

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill

To ensure fully benefitting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar or honey should be added. Best to enjoy at 65°C
