PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the desired quantity (2.5 ml/½ tsp per 250 ml cup) in an infuser teapot (or single-cup tea strainer) and add boiling water. Steep 5-10 min before serving. For optimal results, preferably consume without milk, sugar, or honey. Best enjoyed at 60°C.
