Carmien Mamma Tea for Nursing time is specially formulated to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of Fenugreek, Fennel and Aniseed work together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine, sugar and kilojoule free and will assist in weight loss.

Vanilla and Aniseed give a smooth slightly liquorice flavour. For best results drink 4-6 cups daily hot or cold

How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time: 3-5 minutes

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill

To ensure fully benefitting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar or honey should be added. Best to enjoy at 65°C
