How to Prepare:
Place desired quantity (5-10ml per cup) in a plunger/infuser teapot and add boiling water. Steep for 3 minutes or longer before serving. Serve with or without sugar or milk. Best to enjoy at 65°C.

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill

To ensure fully benefitting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar or honey should be added.
